Blossom’s Cancellation Policy: 24hrs’ notice of a cancellation is required for all appointments – Notice of less than 24hrs’ will incur a 50% charge. Lateness: If you are more than 15 mins late I may need to cancel your appointment (which will incur a 50% charge of the groom fee) or just a bath and tidy offered instead of a full groom. My appointments are back-to-back and this has a huge impact on my day and subsequent clients. I am aware that sometimes things happen that are beyond our control but I would be grateful if these policies be followed in order for me to offer a high standard of service.
